Hot chocolate for hot weather?

Here's the latest creation... Homemade Cocoa! I got the recipe here. I just added some labels and tied them on to make them a little more custom.




I accidentally messed up one of the initial batches (hee, hee) so I got to sample it... I have to say, it's the best mix out there. I did these a few years back with a different recipe and they weren't as tasty. This one has peppermint in it, but there are a ton of other options (mocha, spicy, etc.).

So, it's in the 70's again today... totally inappropriate weather for hot chocolate! What's going on here? I feel like I'm back in Florida!
